[Afro_Stud - The Fairytale]

Pretty Good

Okay, some of the images could still be worked on, I mean you could have had a voice for Hilter like finding some audio clips and making it sound like he is talking, that would have been good to have. Also with the poster in the background, it would have been good to just keep it a still image and not moving. The signatures on the book could have been done with a script font, might have looked better.

The story itself was okay, the first part could have presented better to make it look a little more like an advert but after that it seemed to come together pretty well, decent enough voice acting and everything, just some details to work out with the presentation of everything in the flash more than anything.

Very Intresting

That was really wite intresting, the preloader was very good and much of the artwork was very good, the backwads messages also seemed to be quite clever and a lot of the other messages in this flash, which is very good. Though some of the text seemed to fade too quick, I didn't have chance to read them, so maybe fade in a next button as oppose to fading the text out.

I didn't like parts where it just faded to white though, on the artsy parts, that kind of let it down to me, but I think that only happend once. Other than that though, everything seemed to work well and much of the animation was pretty clever in its own right.

[Brawl Taunts]

So-So

The voice acting here was really good and so where some of the sound effects, good work on those. But I think that the preloader was very messy, didn't give a good first impression then onto the main part of the flash with the graphics, some of them are good but others look a little sloppy and the lack of backgrounds also put me off in this, white is not the best colour to keep looking at.

The jokes where kind of eh too, no laughs from this, maybe a few smiles but nothing really too funny. So some of those could be improved, it would be nice to add some backgrounds and have a decent preloader for this, also a decent intro and credit screen, very minimalistic. Didn't enjoy this, sorry.

[A Thousand Frames]

Intresting

Well first thing I have to say is the music you picked didn't sound too loop very well, though the animation did seem to work in a way with it, I would have picked some music that looped better or something that lasted through the whole timeline. Other than that though it seems to come together pretty well, so good work there.

Some parts had some good detail and others seemed to lack, so a little inconsistant, I did like the way the scenes changed though, that was done well and most other parts in this where also done well, so good job overall here.

It didn't? Personally i thought it sounded alright, and since it's a loop, the file size would remain relatively small... or at least smaller than one that lasts the whole animation. But yes, I did that for my second piece.
The inconsistency is to do with me drawing as I imagined... I agree fully though. I'll work on that. Thanks for the review!

Okay

That seemed to kind of work, although it lacked much direction to it, most of the animation seemed to be done very well and such, though nothing really stood out to me in this, maybe because of the lack of direction. Some of the parts seemed to not really look too good but others seemed to be done very well.

It would be good to see you take this another step further and do something that has a plot to it in someway, could keep the kind of random touch to it, just add some direction. Might not even need voices if you do it right, but otherwise, pretty good work on this.

[Resident Merchant]

Pretty Good

Alright well this was pretty good, decent graphics and kind of funny, though the door sound effect sounded a bit poor in terms of quality, might want a better effect or something, not sure what you want to do about that. Eitherway, the main graphics where good and the animation also seemed good, expect some parts where it just seemed to go weird, lol.

The joke at the end was done pretty well, but eh I don't know, it seemed to take too long to get to it. Voice acting was good and the quality of that sound was also good, just the door effect I didn't like, but otherwise, good work.

Lacking

This is certainly very lacking, there is some good work to it but the main opening part seems to go on for too long, the script for that is good but the background doesn't seem to change much, so it gets kind of boring to watch, some more background would be good, some changes to it.

The other part to it seems to be done okay though some work on the bees face would have been better, the sound was okay though I think the voices could have had more to them, they sounded kind of timid more than anything.

Yes, the looping background and beelion seems to be a major aspect which is easily fixed, yet missed out by me...
For the bee's face... I was working on the mane for quite a while, and wanted a... naive looking beelion? Innocent? As for the sound, that can always be improved. Thanks for the review :)

[News Reporter V]

Alright

One thing, you said "re-hire" in the subtitles but the voice said "hire", just thought I would point that out to start with. Other than that, you seemed to have an okay story for most part, though a little eh at times, but pretty good. The voice acting could still be improved a little, for Omega anyway, sounds like he's breathing into the mic, which doesn't sound too good.

The graphics and animation could still be improved, Omega looked almost the same as News Reporter, lol. A few more details in part and such, the sound effects where good and the ending was pretty good too.

Not Good

To start with I have to say, the sound quality is pretty poor here, it sounds like you have recorded it from the speakers, so you might want to work on that. Another is the animations and graphics are all out of proportion, they don't stay in the screen, you might also want to work on that really. The graphics and animation could also be better, the images used at the end could be bigger too, way too small.

As for the song, you have the subtitles that don't match the song in parts, I get that you are changing it to 1337 but maybe you could have gotten someone to redo the song to be based around that, it would have sounded much better. Overall, much more work could be done to improve this.

Is That It?

You haven't really put much time into this flash from the looks of it, you have the image of Pico Day 2008 which is with the preloader just getting bigger and you've added some text. Sure it's a simple message but there isn't a whole lot more with this flash that is worth watching. The sound is good, so yeah, some points for your choice of music, lol.

Really, this is lacking everything, I was kind of expecting some real animation, not just an intro to some text. Try to add some animation to this, something that the viewer can watch and enjoy. A storyline would have been a start, note down some ideas on what you can do then try and animate it.
