Not bad but

It wasn't too bad, using ingame graphics for the backgrounds wored in an odd sense here, but didn't really fit in to well with the rest of the animation at parts. The story had it's flaws but there's not much point dwelling on those, it was a pretty decent plot, not laugh out loud funny but maybe a small smile.

The voice acting was pretty decent, it was let down by the poor quality audio though, I don't know if this was a problem with the mic or if it was the quality settings when publishing, eitherway, it could be worked on. Regadless of this, it was still decent and well do, the point came across well.

Overall, it's okay but I don't think it's anything too special.

[The Internet You Need]

Nice work

I like the animation style of this for one, it works really will and possibly one of my favourite types of styles. It seems to be very well written and thought out too, these sorts of information things do amuse me when there are some jokes thrown into it. Although the overall message might apply to everyone but the point of talking to congress is America only, but if that's the aim then that's the aim, it still works.

The sound effects are good and fit in with the overall theme and the narration is very clear, the music also fits in and isn't distracting, it just adds the the overall atmosphere. The only thing I'm not too keen on here is the lack of a replay button, it just auto-loops, there should be a stop at the end with clickable links. Overall, I like it though.

[The Shape N' Shape Collab]

It's Okay

There are a handful of parts which are pretty good to watch but a lot of them are a bit bad, I can't say I found any of them funny. There where some parts where the shapes where gradient filled or other sort of odd fills and this looked really bad, there where some that looked good too, like the one with the mice in the story, that was probably the best of them.

The voice acting in some parts wasn't good but in others it was good, none of the jokes where really funny and the one without sound really didn't work, I don't think it even had a sound effect. Good job trying though to all parties who collaberated in this, I just can't say it left much of an impression on me personally.

Thanks for the review, Little-Rena, much appreciated.

You're not the first to say you didn't find the collab to be funny, haha, we've received some tough criticism on a humor basis, but I'm glad you thought some of the pieces were entertaining. The mice one was very good, I felt it broke out of the normal basis that shape flashes were based on, which made it very appealing.

Sound was a major issue. Since shape flashes can't be based on animation it does require sound and voices to determine the future of the piece. Thanks again for the nice review, it should help all authors who participated in this collab greatly.

[Falling.]

Creepy

Dispite some lack of detail, the flash itself was quite creepy, mixed with the music, I don't often see anything like that. I can't really say it's my kind of animation either, it's quite depressing. Don't take that the wrong way though, it's still a good flash especilly for your first submission.

I do notice the lack of detail, like no eyes or teeth, the nightmarish characters seemed to have the most detail and the backgrounds. Never the less, it's a good style of animation and such, maybe work on adding some shading to clothes in future, just to give it a little more visually. But overall, good work.

[Misinterpretive Porn Star]

Yeah, but not really

The only thing I can say is good about this really is the art and the voice acting, the jokes are pretty poor, nothing to really laugh at here, which lets it down a great deal for me. Although I suppose the idea of getting things mixed up could be quite a good one, I think it was poorly excecuted and with only three diffrent instences, maybe a little short.

I thought the art was good though and the animation too, I did like the question mark split between, that was good. The eyeshadow also seemed to be well applied on the girls, lol. Voice acting was good, nothing wrong with that, it was also neat to include the filming crew at the end of shots.

I understod the jokes here, but they just didn't seem to be well delivered to me, that's really the only reason I didn't like it. Maybe it was just a little over done, if it was a little more subtle then it might have been funnier. Maybe I'm just not a huge fan of over the top humour, mmm, sorry.

[Without A Mushroom]

What?

That was sort of odd, I have to say. I thought the mix between sprites and real animation was decent though, it did work and it made the ending quite amusing, it wouldn't have worked at that point if it was all just drawn animation. Anyway, the sounds where okay, though the muscle sound effect was kind of weird, lol.

I thought the voice acting was pretty decent but it could have been a little better I thought anyway. The drawn animation was decent and looked good, the sprites looked like sprites I guess, I mean there was nothing bad looking about them. Overall, it all seemed to work well and was mildly amusing, the whole plot was kind of silly, lol.

[Have I got news for you]

Not Bad

It's not too bad but the drawing really needs a lot of work to it, adding some shading would be good among other things. Some parts also seemed like they went too slow and some objects didn't really look like they resembled anything. I mean I can see the basic idea here, which is good and it looks like it could be good with a bit more work and practice.

The sound was okay, no problems with that, I wasn't too keen on your preloader here, you could have used a better one because drawing the word loading and a sloppy play button doesn't look too good. Overall though, it's a start but you need a little more practice to really pull it off well.

[Pong Awesome!]

Greatest Awesome Flash!

This was probably one of the best parodies I have seen, infact more amusing. You've taken a classic game here and a populare series then put the two together to get this, it's good. The whole plot is somewhat simple and well the pink nose is slightly inconsistant but it adds a bit of humour to the whole flash. Most of the animation was good and the sounds also good.

The voice acting is good and very fitting with the whole thing, so was the music which is good. I do think it would have been nice to have the paddles moving at the start though and making it a bit longer would also have been good. But as it is, this is still a fine parodie, good work.

[The Assumption Song]

This is Great

I really found this quite amusing, the song really did sound like it was going to say something dirty and even working out the pattern, it still made me think that way though it was also partly due to your animation here which went well with the music to give that kind of impression, so that was good.

The art and animation I thought was done really well, I can see no problems with it, infact I kind of like the style this was done it, so that's good. Maybe it did lack colour and some shading in parts, but I soon got over that, the ending to this was also very good I thought.

Still, I was so expecting something rude to be said, does that mean there is something wrong with me? :(

[Wallet VS. Pico]

Nice Work

I thought this was done very well, although I'm not too keen on the Naruto references, lol, the Dragonball ones are bareable. The graphics are pretty decent in this which is good to see, no problems with the animation, the colours where good although one of the backgrounds you drew with this was kind of empty in a way, lol.

The ending I thought was pretty good, some of the fighting animation also seemed a little off. It was a pretty amusing ending, though the cutting in half was kind of eh, still pretty nice. I would work on the menu though if I where you, it seems like you just slaped a load of images on and a play button, lol, make it look neater. Otherwise, good work overall :)
