Well I thought the singing for this was done pretty well and a lot of the animation in this was good but some of it seemed to be slow so I wasn't too keen on that because it looked kind of laggy. Other than the slow parts though, the animation seemed very good and the artwork was also very well done for much of this which is great.
The lyrics to the song really came together pretty well I thought, kind of amusing for much part, as well as fitting in with the animation very well. Quality of the audio was good and it looped very well. Nice work overall on this, only think I didn't like was the slower parts, nice job.

I still think this is somewhat lacking though, I don't know I mean you have plenty of information and it's good to see you are talking about whistling submissions and how to. Still not too keen on all the text though and the red font doesn't work too well with the orange background. The audio is fine, which is great to have and all, as well as a mute button.
You added a quiz to this which is good but one major problem with this is that the questions aren't based on the information in the flash. I would suggest basing questions on the content of the flash, but it's good the way it seems to have been done with a try again method. Although still somewhat simple, a scoring system and such would be decent.
Not sure what more you could really add to this, a more entertaining way to present the main information would be a decent idea. I mean the quiz is a simple way to get information across but surly you can think of some clever way to get the main talking parts across. Try some wacky animation some time with some way of bringing points in.

I know the animation is still a little weak, but I'm still learning at the moment, so I'm making baby steps in terms of animation.

You have quite a bit of information in this, which is good and everything to help people judge what is an abusive review and then work out what isn't, it's just a shame this is all text, for myself I find chunks of text hard to read after a while. I would suggest throwing some images in there, even just a background image or design, just to give something else to look at while reading.
The audio was fine, no problems with that, but a mute button would have been good to have. The buttons worked fine going back and forth between pages, so again, nothing wrong with that. The actual content was decent enough to get an idea, though one other thing you could do is expand on the examples, like giving real examples as oppose to a brife summary.
I would also suggest putting a game in this, like a short little quiz or something, just to see if the viewer has lernt anything from it as well as giving them something else to do after reading. But that's entirly your choice, maybe you'll use those in future if you do another.

Hey, thanks for the review!
Those are some good suggestions, and I'll definitely see about including them in future projects. I'm pleased that you found it to be ok in light of it being my first submission,

Well your drawings could use some work, the needless head movments seem kind of pointless too, you don't really need to animate that, just looks kind of silly to me. Some of the drawings look okay, others do need some work, but none of them really look disgustingly bad, so yeah. The story to this seems okay but you do need to find a way to explain who the enemy is to the viewer I think.
The sound effects are pretty good, the voice acting is somewhat clear but could do with more work to give more charator to the soldiors. Also for the interactive part, which was a good idea, I only found what to click by pressing tab, you might want to make that a little easier to find, also make the retry part go to that scene, lol. Otherwise, pretty decent work, just needs a few improvments.

It seems to be kind of odd in a way, there doesn't seem to be too much point shown in the whole thing, no real build up or anything, some opening diolog between the two people being filmed would have been good to see and not really starting right into shooting. The shooting animation is decent and does seem to look like it's coming from the guns which is good.
The ending is probably the funniest part about this I have to say, much of the rest just seems more like a silly video, so I'm not really so keen on those parts, they where kind of lacking in my view. But otherwise, everything else here seemed to be fine, just need to expand the idea a little more I think.

Author's Response:
I really can't expand the idea when the idea was for us to shoot at each other for a little bit and then that's it, meaning the whole point of the flash was there wasn't a point in the flash. Who exactly said there had to be a point? If there was then well over half of the flashes on newgrounds wouldn't be here.
Oh and the lasers were actually coming from the gun, they were real. But seriously I give credit to my friend for doing the laser parts because you have to draw each individual laser and then draw where it's going to end up and draw every where in between. That takes awhile and there isn't any short cuts.
There probably won't be another one of these unless I personally get my own camera, which I might be getting and then I will put together something, but honestly it can't be too big because you saw how short this was and it still took up 5 MB. It seems like live action takes up more space then animation. I rather stick to shorts like this, but maybe put a story line into the next ones and make a series. Again, that probably won't be done. My friend is actually coming over tonight and we are making a new movie, but sadly it won't have any animation in it except for the menu will. It's not a starwars movie either.
Thanks for the review.

I think this was done pretty well, the loose hands seemed to come in handy with this flash, it seems to work with the fridge joke, that was kind of amusing I must say. The graphics here are much better than some of your older works which is good although some things still need work like the door and not using as many gradients, lol. Otherwise pretty good work on that part.
The voice acting I thought was actually done pretty well, especilly if you did the falling noises without actually falling, lol. So good work on that, there where some pretty amusing parts to this, nothing that was really a real laugh but still fun to watch and everything seemed to be thought out pretty well.

I wasn't too keen on this, I mean I can see what you are trying to do here and people have done it before, but I don't think this really came together too well. The blood just looks like a thick brush with the colour red, I know it might take longer to add shading on each frame, but it would look much better than just a solid red colour that you have here.
The first stick figure too looked very deformed, need to work on the art there a bit, much of the animation inline with the video though did seem to be well timed which is good, so nice work on that. The audio was okay, easy to hear and everything, no problems there. Overall, you have an idea but I think it needs more work.

Author's Response:
I know about the blood, but it was my first attempt at frame by frame, and I have learned a lot by then, I can actually draw real people getting stabbed now, isn't that great, more violence for the world, just what we need :).

I'm not really too keen on this, it seems really too short and the joke doesn't seem to be all the funny, I mean I get it but then you have two things left on the field so it doesn't make any sense. You could have expanded the joke a little or something, or maybe I would have to have played the game to really get the joke.
The graphics are okay though they look a little off in parts, like a little wonky but none the less, still pretty decent. The sound and voice acting isn't too bad on the whole, it's all pretty clear and everything, which is always good to hear. Not much more I can say about this, as it's a bit short so yeah, could be much longer but not too bad overall.

Well the graphics whern't too bad although they did look traced, they did also look like they lacked a bit of charactor to them. The voice acting was very clear and everything which was good and you had subtitles to them which fit in with the whole flash as well as being easy to read, though parts of the voice acting could be improved like the part where he said "Whoa", that sounded to lack charactor.
The animation was okay but some parts just seemed a little off, like the looping movement of the ships, seemed to kind of jerk in a way. But most parts of the animation seemed to be okay and the mouth movment was pretty decent but it did need more work on facial expressions, they just looked expressionless.

Author's Response:
The reason my work sometimes looks as though it's traced is I always use a picture of a character as reference and basically draw that character in that exact pose. That way I have proportions correct, etc. Usually I'll then draw heads and other things at the different angles that are necessary for the animation. This takes a long time to draw in flash however. Fox's complete body took over two hours in just the one pose, so I usually try to go for the least amount of drawings as possible.
Yes, there wasn't too much going on with facial expressions mainly to save time. I was trying to get this done in a week, ended up taking a little bit longer.
I guess I can see a 3/5 score for someone who's not a fan of Star Fox or even Nintendo general, though that is the audience this movie was made for so not too much I can change there. My next project however is for a much larger audience so maybe you would enjoy that. Anyway thanks for the review.

This is a pretty good game, although one thing I would really suggest with this game is that you find a diffrent jump or switch button because I kept finding myself acidently pressing shift instead of z which made things a little slow. Although there wasn't really anything to worry about time wise which was good to see in this game, some have timers and I find that annoying.
The graphics here where pretty good and the music was decent too, I don't remember there being any sound effects when I was playing this though, I would suggest having those in for fun. The graphics here are decent and look good to me, the animation of everything is also pretty nice, so overall, very good work on this game.
